The Culinary Arts program provides students with instruction in
basic food and bakeshop production,
nutrition, management training, service
skills, human relations, and menu
development, utilizing the ProStart
program developed by the National
Restaurant Association Education
Foundation. Students who successfully
complete the sanitation course will qualify
to take the ServSafe examination for
national certification.
